Our initial consultation is FREE! You can schedule an in-home or no-contact consultation with us. Then you will share your ideas with one of our in-house designers. Once we understand your needs, we’ll take measurements and discuss with you about the design possibilities. And we will provide you an estimate for the renovation. 2. Design, Pricing, and Planning
If you’re thinking of changing the layout of your home, taking down some walls to open up your kitchen, or adding a room, then you need a plan. In order to obtain a permit, you need a plan showing details and specification on how things will be done. Our licensed professionals will provide you a conceptual design. And we will finalize the costs with an itemized, detailed work-scope of the project.
3. Renovation/Remodeling Filing Process
Before a renovation construction starts, with a few exception, the project needs to be reviewed and approved by the permitting department and the buildings. It is frustrating to figure out what permits and/or approvals you need by yourself. Leave the headaches to the experienced professionals at Remodel Magic. We will assign you a designated project manager who will guide you through the filing process.
